A mother stops sleeping. A little brother stops talking. A father works two jobs and still cannot fix it. The person inside does their time, and everyone who loves them does it too, quietly, in a house that got too quiet.
We have sat on both sides of that. One of us was the kid in the California Youth Authority. One of us came home after years away and had to learn how to be a brother again. And both of us watched our own family carry a weight nobody could see.
That is why Sacred Purpose exists. Not to lecture anybody. To sit down with them.
